Several years ago we purchased our first German Shepherd import. The female was a replacement for a “Fear Biter” that we had purchased from a local “Back Yard Breeder”. Our experience taught us the importance of knowing bloodlines, especially temperaments. Unfortunately there are many individuals breeding German Shepherds that should not be bred. The German Shepherd puppies that we produce will come only from top German show line parents that are hip and elbow certified. Our German Shepherds are not just beautiful but also of sound character. All our puppies are born inside and are well socialized with other dogs and small children. This is very important when purchasing a German Shepherd puppy. In addition to our home we also have a property just minutes away where we keep a few adult dogs and also our young dogs for future breeding and showing. Our dogs on this property are cared for by an individual that spends 3-5 hours of quality time with them daily. Most of our dogs live inside full time. This property consists of an air conditioned building for housing as well as over an acre for plenty of exercise and playing. Daily activities include brushing, tugging, and ball playing. Socialization is also worked on daily. This is very important to us. Once a week we work with a private trainer on this property. Our German Shepherds are actively shown in the US, Canada and Germany. We work with private trainers and are also members of the WCTDC Schutzhund Club. We have been very lucky to work with highly experienced and respected trainers and handlers. Our success would not have possible without their assistance. We are very thankful for their guidance and experience.
